For this type of offence it will be a Magistrates Court, so in Doyle's case it will be the Exeter Magistrates Court on Heavitree Road

Pretty sure in a previous thread where he first mentioned it the photo of the letter said it was in Exeter. Plus he lives in Exeter and doesn't have the intelligence to know how to get out of the city. He probably thinks Plymouth is another country.

Guys you're looking at the Crown court there. No chance it would be there, it will be at the Magistrates' like I said above.

Not sure what that means. Maybe it's changed over the last year or two then. I had to go to the Magistrates Court as a witness about 2 years ago and back then the Crown Court and Magistrates Court were two different courts in two different places in Exeter.
