The first iphones used to slow down lwhen jail broken, not really an issue now with 4S and iPad 3.

My 4 is j/b and its perfectly fine. Doesnt crash, apps dont force close, isnt laggy, messages load up as normal, just to name a few.

Mine does that for the most part, it's not 100% the way an apple product should be though.

yeah but when put loads of things on my notification bit on my 4s it lagged oddtime

Yeah some of them notification tweaks make NC lag when you pull it down but that's to be expected when youve got music player, YouTube, twitter feeds and everything else on there.

Same goes here. If you find a tweak buggy just remove it? You would on any other device?

Just doing mine via Absinthe now.

Only because I need TomTom for Spanish trip on Sunday

What tweaks would people suggest? I would like to be able to tether my macbook to it for data. How would I do that?

What network you with? There's a 'personal hotspot' setting in Settings, I'm with o2 and I can do it fine, no charges. Think 3 are the same.

I use tetherme to activate the personal hotspot option with giffgaff.

I was also thinking this, I didn't like any that websites I found off Google recommended.

I have "calendar pro" though which adds a calendar (with a set of dates that you can sync to) to the notification drop drop down menu. I set it to have f1 dates on there.

Apart from that I just use installous for cracked apps.

Installed TomTom and now the app store has picked it up as needing an update, but won't let me update as I have not bought a previous major version. That '1' alert on the app store is going to drive me nuts
