Lets be fair, that was awful, but 2 wins in 2 games, nothing at all to trouble the keepers in the 2 games.

Greece won the euros by scoring 4 goals a few years back...

(I do not think we will win the euros, but 100% record for Hodgson )

I think what you are seeing here is a taste of Roy hodgson not breathtaking football but what England may have to do for results

Precisely, we didnt play great and they had the majority of possession but big deal... thats the same eveyr game w eplay but we still beat 2 (admittedly weaker) opponents without conceding.

Not sure what Milner did to deserve 2 full matches tbh :/

France will win the first match and the bubble will burst. It would have been better if he had lost his first 2, expectations have risen already

Not at all, nobody is blind but you still cant argue with the results. France have their own issues tbh, will be a close match

I fully expect us to lose to France and massively struggle to get past Ukraine and Sweden.

But I think the way we've played these 2 games has been a bit more realistic, we don't have the players to break teams down, but we do have a lot of pace, so we should be playing on the break. And we have been solid at the back. Also put in some shocking tackles in the 2 games

The press, media and general public are idiots and will think we're going to win it now though, I agree with that

Ribery, Giroud and Benzema mean France are vast favourites imo.

Can see problems in our midfield vs France if Gerard and Parker get outnumbered with Ashley young pushing that far up all the time. Our midfield 2 looked really tired.

And you were utter shit against Barca and Bayern and still won.

Whats with this bandwagon of hating England?

Is it fashionable to hate them now?

Don't get me wrong, I don't really care, certainy not enough to spend £50 on a friendly, but I'm not about to start bashing them when they win. A win is a win. If they win every game like that then good. Nobody who knows anything about football thinks England will win. But who said Greece would win in 2004? We'll go there, play, and see what happens.
