Your do look bigger than the actual weight tbh, think it might just be the gut. I'm currently 5 11 and weight 16st 3. But I am quite fit at the same time, weird.

Should always treat yourself one day in the week.

Not only does it stop you becoming pissed off at never eating anything tasty. It also shocks your metabolism and in turn, once back onto the health stuff on the Monday, aids weight loss.

I for one eat tonnes of crap on a Saturday and Sunday!

heres my first weekly update, i seem to weigh differant amounts at differant times of each day but these were taken when i woke up, as were the ones last week...

ive deffo lost weight as i always weight less than that one last week but if this is correct i feel its very good..

some comparison shots (not sure if they look differant)

was starving so had this for tea though, full chicken breast though but this is maybe one or two bad-ish meals a week which is far better than 28 imo

Exactly, you need to get yourself of stuff like this, then when it comes to a treat you have 1/2 not 5 ffs.

you have no will power, your not going to reach your goals.
