dont know many of the english youth player but im pretty sure rhys mccabe is better than most of them

Possibly a bit, would have been more likely to watch it on TV that's for sure.
Personally I would say Beckham is good enough in that squad to be a starter. I would almost go as far to say he is on the brink of the England squad still purely because he continues to still be able to score free kicks and put long free kicks on a ten pence i.e. the moments that can decide a match
