Proves the fact that if you buy a bad car you buy a bad car, same as 90% on people here seem to.

Should have bought a good astra instead.

They don't mean a shit though. Always a get out clause for dealer. Also looks bad on previous owners with you owning it a week or so. Was it clattering it's tits off?

Aye. Did u give it a hard time? We had an old corsa c van and it clanked for over two years really loud but kept going . Once in gear was fine but stopped in neutral it sounded like it was smashing itself to bits. Couldn't be bothered a) spending 400 and b) repairing it. I'd imagine Audi been expensive fix. These duel mass flywheel seem to be a major expense and commonly go. Done 3 transit mk8 and landrover 90 in past 12 months

You sure.

After sampling the quality the vag group has to offer a vauxhall can't be any worse.

Surely if the noise wasn't there when you bought it and drove fine and the problem occurred after a week, that's not the traders problem?

I don't think i would have asked for a refund, you wouldn't ask for one after 1 year if it had gone wrong so why should you after a week?
