took me ages to find the washer bottle on her's; then realised I'd had my hand pretty much on it whilst leaning into the bay

that washer bottle position is very strange i usually use a measuring jug to fill mine up. with that, it'd go all over the wing
it looks so clean though can't beat a nice clean engine bay. paintwork also looks nice and glossy too.

DIS shows 38.1
I don't believe it's that good but I think it's about 35mpg in real life. I do 360 miles a week though and most of that is motorway driving cruising about 70/80.

definitely better on the motorway than A/B roads. I pushed it up over 40mpg on the way to and from York but normally it sits at 33mpg(ish)

Fitted a much needed set of spacers last month, 20mm rear and 15mm front.
Looks much better now.
Apologies for the poor picture .

Looks nice
My parents had a V6 one in red, the colour in life looks amazing and really stood out from the rest. Used to love driving it.
What's the next plans? Glad it's stayed standard, nothing worse than modded TTs imo

Looks loads better, get that rear debadged, just the tt and Quattro ones. When I get a tt it will be having the rear spoiler removed too

No big plans really, wheel refurb / replacement, V6 Spoiler extension and a new headunit is about it.

The V6 spoiler really suits the red, that extra black bit looks perfect on them.

Good stuff Ian, doing a great job of tidying that up and doing a few subtle mods. Looks great in red too.
Another car I have an urge to own at some point tbh!

1st little mod for this year, nothing to fancy.
Double cupholder
Got a set of genuine mats to go in once the bad weather clears up, plus got a few more bits in the pipeline over the next couple of months

I want the arm rest/cup holder but can't justify the expense. Where did you get the double cup holder from? TT Shop?

I got given it for free
Conversation went..
me:Bloody hell, double cupholder for a TT
my mate: Just take it if you want it
me:
I wouldn't buy one if I was you, it's in a stupid place, much easier just using the net in the door card to hold cups.
