Pretty much. If you're a legit wholesaler and want to do business all over the world, why not use a payment method that's protects you and your customers? The only reason I can think of for not using it, is purely because you're planning on not providing the goods that have been paid for.

I guess i can pop into my bank and ask. Probably going to be the only way.
I asked the seller what his options were as i have been stung before, and hes willing to let me deposit 50% before sending, then pay the remaining 50% when i receive it. Seems like a genuine bloke but i guess anyone can in an email.

Easy way for him to get 50% of the cost. Makes you think its safe, so your more likely to send. But in reality hes just mugging you off.
