I use both very rarely. If I'm having a sandwich I use light mayo.

The light versions are nutritionally better. You get light butter as well though right enough.

From past experience, flora buttery and utterly butterly can be spread on to candy floss without it tearing.

Normal lurpak rips the shit out of anything.

I've a milk allergy so I have vitalite, it doesn't taste of anything. I wish I could still smash kerrygold Irish butter in, now that is a taste sensation. Give it a go 3cm

I use a marg type spread on sandwiches, but butter on toast. Because you can't spread butter.

Need to leave butter out about 3hrs before you plan on having a sandwich. Otherwise its like trying to spread a block of cheese.
