You'd be wrong to imagine that.

Because you have to get out and press the button to tell it what apartment you want

Fair point.
My boss has a riverside apartment, about 100k worth if that, that has a car lift in it. Admittedly not to your living room or as cool an apartment block but still. Not very cool in the scheme of things imo.
Chris Evan's garage is infinitely cooler, as a comparison.
You dont think some of them will have one of them too?

Depends where you look but anywhere near Hamilton Courts, where this car lift apartment is, is around $20m and that would be for a bungalow
$70m gets you this bungalow - http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/listing/3983649/for-sale-major-leedon-vicinity-bungalow
Edit - My bad, didn't realise the exchange rate is so low for Singapore dollars; which case bargains to be had

Could do with that here. Keep going to the underground car park to check my wheels are still there.
Defiantly will be a supply of trays as you don't tell what apartment until you have parked up.

That would piss me off, if I wanted to pop out somewhere quick and had to wait for all that to happen

People saying it takes long, cant see how it is. By the time you get to your appartment the car is there meeting you.
On the way down press a button and it would be there waiting for you.
Got to be quicker than walking to your car across a car park?
