When I said I done bearings on mrs Corsa, I meant I do the racers too. Just didn't mention as come in bearing kit

ian on the outer bearing what way does it go as i knocked it out and didnt look which way the race was?

It can only go one way with the taper opening outwards to the outside of the car. Otherwise the bearing couldn't be inserted after the drum was on.

You got away luckily,

My rear bearing collapsed and snapped the stub axle in the space of 3 mins,

Just got onto the slip way of the M20 and lost the wheel, was doing 60 ish mph,

Hit the barrier backwards is not nice on a busy motorway.



Resulted in a new car. So i would snap to the chance to replace for £35!
