Something not right about that, is that an old model with new model headlights & a plastic wrap? Thats like pulling a fit burd, well dressed & nicely spoken & taking her home to find shes got a cock its just false advertising

Yeah both those ones posted look a bit Turkish delight!!
Im not sold on the SL as much as the SLK, look smaller more fun more nimble, probably isnt but it looks a wee fun pocket rocket.

Not a fan of the SLK at all. That is based on looks alone. I think it's the girly option.

Check the sl amg for sale on the MLR for sale section, it's a beauty!
http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=422567
Question though. Why is there three pedals? Look second from the bottom picture. ???

I had a 350 for a few days when the M3 got crashed into. Was lovely tbh. Much better drive than the original that my sis has.
AMG is full of win, not girly in the slightest. Would have one any day of the week

These merc's seem to be quite brisk, possibly fun under 20k second car potential.
Anyone ever drove one?
I think I prefer to a SL or CL etc
Better than a Boxster S?? Do they have a LSD as standard ? Tunning potential ?
Note :- This isnt a i'm going to buy [___________] thread before the dickhead brigade turns up. Just some light hearted discussion!!
Colin you bugger! On the back of my 335/M3 thread something like this is the flipside of the coin and also what the gfriend would prefer.
I wonder how the running costs compare to a Z4M or a Boxster S
Never really looked into these Mercs tbh, could you get one for circa 15k (albeit higher miles)

Just had a look a found a few models between 16 and 18k with 30-60k miles.
360 bhp - 376lbs/ft
1540 kg
does look the tits, no way girly although the non AMG ones are imo.
I wonder what reliability is like and parts cost compared to Z4M and the Boxster?

So why did you come into the thread?
From the TROLL handbook 2nd edition
1) You see a Topic that you have no interest in but upon seeing the name of the last poster you decide to read the topic.
2) You then scrutinise the posters reply in hope of a identifiying a Trolling oppertunity.
3) Depending on your findings you then proceed to Troll to satisfy your troll tendencies (See chapter 2 - I am a troll because I am a sad cunt) or having not identified a Trolling oppertunity you then proceed to leave the thread.

I love the them! Beautiful car and I'd happily own one.
In fact, I used to hate Mercs, but all the latest models are extremely sexy.

Aido I feel the same about Mercs TBH.
Have been watching Z4M's over the last 18 months and can get a decent one for 16k now. Not a major fan of the boxster of that generation. I like the later ones but way too much £££.
Have never seen an SLK AMG on the road, and usually overlook the non AMG ones as they look a bit bland.

1. I read yesterday and was going to say I'd buy one, but it's colin so commenting in one of his threads is usually a waste.
2. I saw your comment and I cringed, you've got a girlfriend yay but why the hell would you base what car you want around someone you've just met. Hence why I said what I did. What happened to heffer, udder, seed bullshit? It's merely an observation how you've gone from 'troll' to moaning bitch when things aren't going your way and not everyone thinks your some kind of hero for boning fat women.
Now seeing as I have to comment on topic I'd buy an slk amg, I like them.
