Went out and stripped more off to start treating stuff.. looks like I'm going to buy a new front panel too

Oooo looks nasty! Bit good on you for getting stuck in! It's seems daunting when you se it like that bit as soon as you have started cutting it out and new panel in its not as bad as you think!

I don't think its that bad as I've seen a lot worse from my mates K plate Nova.
Getting a new panel then all the bits that need plated are getting plated.
Remember this is my first project, first time getting in about a car like that aswell.

Makes me realise how clean my nova actually was! I had to replace both rear arches and do big patches on inner wings but everywhere else is solid! Can't wait for the updates

My arches aren't rotten Anywhere else i find will be plated but my dad is buying me the front panel and I need headlights when its going to be on the road

Mine were rotten due to the previous owner cutting them so water got between the two skins and rot from the inside.

Looks like a clean shell mate, don't be put off with a bit of tin worm all nova's have it lol
If you need any fibreglass panels for your nova I have nearly all the moulds for them ;-)

Eventually it stopped so I got out but first I had to change the wheels over on my mums ST then once I'd finished what happened? RAIN!
Need to wait till next weekend now to get some done, really annoyed.

I've never welded before, he is doing that and I'm doing everything else with the slight help from him.
Hopefully getting an apprenticeship which will include welding and I've got all the equipment for when it needs it again.. as it is a nova lol
