Tonight - Went for a 6 mile run. Now watching Derren Brown Apocolypse.

Saturday - My 30th Birthday and I'm out somewhere for a surprise during the day then seeing mates in the evening.

Sunday - 9 mile run planned and relaxing for the rest of the day.

Tonight - Finish off homework, and fucking loads of it.

Tomorrow - Help put mate's car back together, maybe take a few pics if the weather's decent.

Sunday - Football, wash car, rest then mate's 18th. Off to work at half 7 monday morning so this shall be interesting!
