Probably the easiest way is to set up a photostream folder in windows or import them wit iPhoto on osx

All done

just made a folder for my iPhone data and just import then after syncing. That way there on iCloud, laptop and external hard drive.

Went to delete them off my phone and couldn't bring myself to do it

no idea why
