They are mate, just without the standard bumper attached, that's how they would have been purchased.

They are mate, just without the standard bumper attached, that's how they would have been purchased.
 I also have a pair of 'aprons' to sell, but have the rear bumper for the apron to fit to if required too.
That was in no way a comment to yours, it was me clarifying what I had to sell!
