Yeah
Didn't want to go much higher as would have gone a bit close to the roof.
Actually never been taught how to do it just watched the beaters at my old place.

Aye looks close enough to roof as it is

New fiestas are quality, about an inch join on the 3 door ones. Although I like mini ones too, no joins.

Gazza you'd be fine, I didn't know where to start when I started the job.

It's like anything. Look at it in small sections rather than a whole.
Minis are so easy. No high build just wet on wet and paint. Make some good bonus on those bitches

Give it a whirl. If it doesn't pull out then put a new one on.

I love bodywork, right up to the point that it needs to look good under paint.

Same, been watching this thread.

I like seeing progress pics, turning something ruined into brand new looking is amazing.

In primer and sealed.

All done.

Front door is dirty btw not off color.

Also repaired the top of the merc sprinter.

Sand off swage line

Hammered most of this out from the inside

Aincent welder of choice

Weld on wiggly wire so can pull the swage line straight.

Then out comes the big sander loaded with an 80grit disc

Take all paint off required filling area

No pics of filler in, but all finished

In primer.

Probly get painted Monday.

Off to what? The front door and rear bumper are both not painted and both dirty if that's what you meant.

May be the pic. Inside lights don't help. Both were painted with the same paint so shouldn't be off colour really.

Both rear door and panel have been painted so will be same colour and paint, prob just the picture, looks a tidy job.

Van also looks a good repair, never seen that wiggly line stuff you welded on.

Keep the posts coming.
