anyone know how to get a refund? ordered some coilovers this morn and just looked at the email and says their for a pug 206 lol. theres only a gemrman number on thier site.

hi guys, bought some headlights from fk and they arrived yesterday but upon receiveing them one of them is damaged quite bad.

rang the number that is on there website (germany) and no answer,

any ideas an what i should an could do guys?

email them, they are quite good that way, I've just cancelled my order as they were still waiting for stock and I dont really need what I ordered so I emailed asking to cancel and they replied within 10 minutes

they were useless over the phone from me when i ordered wheel nuts last year. Sent me wrong things twice. refunded and retook money. Just generally shit
