Like the simplicity, though I do find it slightly too plain as it stands. Obviously content will help, but I think adding some details to the style will liven up the design.

Remember to think about what it is people visiting your site are looking for and make that the easiest to find. Phone number, address and opening hours should all be available directly from the front page.
Text like that which you've put up is good and from a SEO point of view a necessity, but less than 5% of your visitors will actually take the time to read any of it, so hide it away on an "about us" page and utilize the limited front page realestate for giving a good impression. Quality photographs are incredibly important for this.
