Yes it is, its basically the same principle as the exige coupe but the scoop on that stops half way alonf the roof.

I am prob the only person on here but I am not sure about the coupe rear, love the hardtop with the scoop, they make car look great, just not to us about the coupe part, for me just looks to much like an add on, think it could work and look awesome just something not quite right.

Nice to see something different tho.

Coupe scoop is all about (should be) getting clean/dry/cold air into the engine bay (or should be- no reason otherwise)

Ironic really as it does fuck all for most configurations as everybody puts 'ears' on to do similar/the same

Still might be interested in some paint though

Yea I guess, but in the exige set up its there to cool the intercooler on top of engine which makes sense, just on vx220 most people have a charge cooler or intercooler behind an ear. Sure I saw few pics of coupe back which I really liked just remember it was expensive.

Im relocating the airfilter to sit in a box above the engine much like the exige intercooler. The vents on the side will be used to put brake cooling ducts on.

The bernoulli principle says that any clean air that hits the roof will be dragged down the coupe back and directly towards the spoiler. It means much smoother aitflow because now there is a massive vortex behind the rear window.

Go get a spoon and put the back of the spoon in a steady flowing tap and watch how the water curves round the spoon and flows off at a different angle. Same principle with a coupe back section
