I'm not sure having the biggest selling album of the 90s makes you shit but ok.

I personally think their music is shit, regardless of how many albums they sold.

I think there's some good Oasis tracks as well, but that's a horrible argument.

Justin Bieber and Psy are the two most watched artists on Youtube and I assure you that's no measure of their quality.

I have never understood the notion that some people carry that you must like certain bands.

There is no comeback in a music argument.

'I like The Beatles'

'I think they're shit'

'They sold a gazillion records'

'Yeah but they sound shit'

'ok'

It's all a matter of taste, what one person likes, another may not.

I'd have to say something by Drake, like 'Best I ever had' or 'Shot for me' but I'll be the only one in here that agrees(unless OJC is about)...

Surely sale of records is the perfect measure of 'quality'? I don't understand how it isn't.

Were you expecting everybody to yell out in unison?

Don't think I could choose one as there's so many for different reasons, but Eminem - Stan is one of the most well written and put together songs, it flows perfectly.

Not a chance, was The Crazy Frog better than Coldplay 7 or 8 years ago when it became Christmas number 1? Are the Spice Girls better than all the quality proper bands out just now?

Society has shitter musical taste now than it ever did.

Consistency over sales for me. Oasis weren't around as long as they were because they were shit.

But if it sells records, it's not shit to everyone, that's my point. I don't like Katy Perry, she's not shit though.
