I'm going to cut down on my swearing and also try and like ppl! Ppl annoy me so I generally don't like them so I'm going to try my best!

I have already lost some weight just by cutting out chocolates and biscuits I've had ppl commenting that I've lost weight so must be going in the right direction

Actually I'd like to learn to sleep properly at normal hours instead of hardly sleeping or not sleeping at all some nights.
