the prices are good on the outgoing models, but on the new stuff they're still quite high.

i just looked up how much a focus in the same spec as mine would cost, and it was £70 a month more.

Its either very clever or very stupid marketing, haven't decided yet. The site is very informative and has very good content but whether thats enough to change the image of the site from shite to quirky, im not sure.

About the ID needed...

Faxing the card is bad news because you will look like a Jamaican coal miner.

not strictly true.

you could buy a car, tax it, insure it, bit on wear/tear and mot it for 3 years and come in less than that and re-sale and re-coup some costs.

All depends how picky you are with the car in the first place.

End of the day Matt if you can afford it then go for it.

As i said i can see the pro's with leasing as we lease all our work vehicles so i know it does make sense in some circumstances.

Costs £200 less for me to insure this than my 2002 1.8 astra cab I'm liking the idea of fixed cost motoring before I move out.

I looked at the Juke deals when the gf got hers, Nissan gave 0% and a good trade in though so ended up being the same money to own it.

They had Corsa VXR's for £300/month not long ago when I was looking - interesting how they've come down so much in cost.

The website's legit too - once you make an application it looks a lot more normal. It's basically a brokering site so you get paperwork sent from a finance company e.t.c.
