I think the worse thing is drug taking is now normal, it's terrible. Imagine your kids knowing that their parents used to/ still take drugs. It's wrong on all levels. I had a wild few year when I was younger but wouldn't touch anything anymore . Especially all this man made heart attack powder

I know the British Heart Foundation are having an awareness day on Friday 1 February, perhaps people could use that to raise awareness of drugs causing heart attacks.

Had the same with a mate who OD'd on the prescription 'drugs' about 12 years ago.
He was one of twins, I recall how totally shit I felt trying to say anything consoling to his brother when I heard he was dead
Such a pointless waste of life, the guy was happy as fuck in general
