Tried optimum nutrion's AmiNO Energy and the first time i had it i had two scoops and i was buzzing, the next time had 4 and nothing happened, had 6 the next and again nothing. strange.

Going to get some Jack3d micro next week though, see how that goes.

I was the same with Jack3d micro, wired the first time taking it, then very little/nothing. Not upped the scoops though.

Why do people still think that endless cardio sessions burn the most fat??

Interval training and weights will do the trick, drink just water and eat properley and it will soon drop off. Plus you'll look better and feel stronger. I've found the best supplement is PHD Synergy and I've used pretty much all of them.

And if you really want to lose weight then try sparring, boxing/martial arts etc. I went from 13.4 to 10.11 in 3 months

I think it might happen to me on Jack3d micro too but ill give it a go.

Its not like i need the energy but it would be nice to have the extra kick to make my average sessions a lot better.

Hardest part is getting there. Get to where you are exercising regular and you will be right, see plenty of mongos In the gym with shit form rtc going shit wrong and some are still in decent shape. Dont worry about pre work out drinks etc at this stage just get yourself there.

I used to enjoy going but now because there is a routine in place for food at 7.30pm.. I can't exercise on a full tummy and with my work hours i don't get home until 7pm most days.

I now plan on working my day around the gym and work.

Agreed, you need to get into the daily routine then it won't seem as much of a chore etc Most gyms are open late so having dinner around 730 shouldn't be an issue.

Daft advice. I know what you are trying to say but you are thinking solely in terms of weight loss yet there are still other health benefits to exercise that are worth going for even if you have a shit diet.
