Mines on 138k and its exactly the same. It's either a faulty swirl flap actuator or a dodgy injector. So basically the others are balancing out throwing more fuel in causing it to smoke under load.

He was on the phone earlier and mentioned the actuator. He's got it booked in to get it all checked over so he's hoping its not to serious. I'll post up once he finds out.

Not yet. He's taken it to another garage for a 2nd opinion. I think he says the turbos ain't that expensive for them.

I got one that was bought from Essex turbo s in August 2011. Only done under 10k miles.

Still looks like new!
