I was always taught and have used double spaces after full stops. I didn't think anybody ever used one space just lol suppose I never thought about it.

Double space after a full stop. Got taught that at school. One space after a comma, two spaces after a full stop.
Might be a generation thing. I personally think standards are lower these days anyway.

If you double tap space bar in windows 8 it puts a fullstop in for you automatically
