Big shunt in the Rob Austin Audi in race three. All is well with cage and subframe and expects to be out at donnington in 3 weeks time.

Great weekends racing.

He drove very well, the MG was a lot quicker though, Rob just drives very well defensively IMO, it was the soft tyres going off which ultimately lost him the top 2 spots.

He can definitely drive though, his start was epic and the way the car was moving around shows how hard he was pushing, very entertaining.

Gutted for him about the other 2 races but its racing, nobody was hurt and the car looked worse than it was apparently.

I particularly liked Andrew Jordan's, erm.... Overtake? There wasn't a gap there, not even a small one but it made great TV!

The rest was pretty boring but I'm loving the full grid and it should get a little bigger at a couple of rounds!

huge shunt for rob! he's allways been quick since joining the ranks just never had much luck, and again shown that on sunday which done him out of 2 good finishes,

looks also like the hondas have done some homework with the soft tyre allowing shedden to come from back to 2nd in race 3, with strong showing from neal aswell,

cold tyres caught a good few drives out also

Rob Austin is always good for banter. I'm expecting some good results from him this year.

End of the supertouring era really Rob, had a few hangers on through the btc-t years and now it's honda and mg really.

NGTC seems to be working though so hopefully there will be a few more big names back and with that maybe some manufacturer backing.

Not the most exciting of race weekend, but fair play to Turkington.

Just caught up, some good moments, some brave moves around Craner too!

Gutted for Tordoff, the pressure got to him and he blew it so close to the end

Austin seems to be the unluckiest man alive too.

And... How the hell did nobody hit Newsham?!

we were sat on craner corner (ended up going on the inside for the last race) so got an amazing view of newshams sideways slide. 2nd race onslow-cole had a close one coming out of craner sideways then nearly spinning on the straight!

Some cool BTCC/F1 Merch.

Tempted by a Cleland Cav t-shirt.
