Every vote counts,when they start closing more tracks dew to noise,h+s etc you`ll be complaining that there isn`t any good tracks about anymore!

Sound test or otherwise, you're going to hear cars even if its non-competitive.

Not sure if its Mallory's doing, the residents by the sounds of things are intent on closing the place regardless of what has or hasn't been in place in the past.
