Imagine if it was all a sales tactic to get you to order something you need regardless of how small/big it is, let you think you are going to get a free karcher with it and then BOOM cancel the "free gift" and fulfil the rest of the order

Unfortunately the ordered product, part number 546773520, Karcher Chassis Cleaner is only free when bought with any expert pressure washer



This was however added to the basket without the expert pressure washer, and hence we cannot fulfil the order. We have now cancelled your order, and any reserved payment will be reverted back into your account.

Didn't even send my £1.86 oil filter that i didn't need.

And took 2 weeks to refund a £24 surcharge on a starter motor i returned, micky mouse firm.
