I'd say 0-60 is a more accurate way of measuring a cars speed and comparing with others as different cars will perform differently at 30mph. Difference in gearing could lead to differences in acceleration from 30.

ah i am, mega easy to drive as power is smooth and.there is plenty of poke over 3k. Just the right amount of power for fwd imo
enough to upset some bigger cars but still puts the power down without drama :-)

with the harrop the noise is much less, its got a larger pulley do im not compressing the air as much which lessens the noise.

however if i popped a smaller pulley on id get the noise but id have that much power intake temps would be that high id end up dropping power.

shit thing about having the engine in the rear.

I'd much rather see how well a car can cope immediately off the line than how big a spooled up turbo can push you along when already in motion.

0-60 = 3.97 sec
0-100 = 8.5 sec
30-70 = 3.4 sec

people moan you have to rev them but thats where the fun is
Still plenty of poke around town at low revs is needed. if not turn up the noise and go m3 hunting

zeperfs.com lets you see 50 to 75mph in 3rd, 4th, 5th, or through the gears and 0-62 etc.

Plus you can do "duals" of one car vs another, e.g. -

7.4secs to 62mph is rubbish, sounds more like the golf VR6 stat. Corrado is a second quicker
