Thanks mate, early days yet but I have everything I need apart from 2.0 calipers and carriers, and I am waiting on my fuel pump to arrive too

I need to sort something out for the exhaust so any advice off people in the know would be great. I have a sportex 4-2-1 manifold supplied with the engine, how would I go about getting an exhaust for the rest of the car? Is there one that has been designed for this conversion? what would be the cheapest way of doing this as I don't have 400 spare quid to get a custom one as much as I would love to. Any help here would be great thanks chaps.

Should be some decent updates this weekend hopefully, anybody have an idea of what I can do about an exhaust without ruining my bank balance?

I sourced an exhaust off a lad on here so that's on its way. Cheers rsmark
The lads cracked on with taking out the existing engine over this weekend but I couldn't be there as it was my sons birthday, so cheers Paul and Jelly for the work so far.

Not so happy with the front lower crossmember you can get 2 fingers in there. 3 with durex play. So not sure on what to do here yet.

Anyone who's done this conversion tell me what accelerator cable you used as the standard 1.2 16v one is too short. Cheers
