Yep. Alot of other training providers give their regional trainers Mini's. Was kind hoping for a Mini but they test drove 4 cars including the Mini and the Clio over an extended period and the Clio was the favourite with everyone.

Was a bit gutted when I found out it was the Clio but it actually looks quite tidy.

Will be nice to have a car that I don't need to worry about. And can chuck it through the local Kosovo wash and not care if it gets swirled etc lol.

Yeah. You've got a nice BMW though not a Clio!

Tbh i'll probably end up giving it a clay/polish/wax when I first get it to protect it.....I can't help it

My god you should see the abuse dads company cars get

His scenics used to become vans, he used to take the passenger seat put to get more in, used to set off about 3 lights on the dash! The Audi used to tow a trailer, forgot it was on there once and reversed quite hard, it snapped round and put a massive dent in the rear quarter! Both Prius's have been used as transport for the welsh rally, coming home down the m4 one Saturday night the mud was flying out of the wheel arches! I've also used them to sleep in at PVS

Oh and the Prius gets a once every 10,000 mile wash.... When they go for a service!

Getting mine in next couple of weeks. Confirmed i'm getting my first choice colour of Flame Red.

Not looking forward to going back to manual and handing over my Octavia to the wife. especially losing heated seats now its getting cold.

Can't really complain though. Going to save me a lot of money.

Best thing is its got keyless entry/start. Can just leave the card in my pocket/bag. Loved having that with the VXR. Surprised the A4 didn't have it.

They are a vast improvement in external looks than the previous standard Clio's imo.

If you could get something better and pay a bit more tax, i'd go for that option. I've had company cars and would love another. No fuel to pay for, servicing and parts done on the company. Brilliant! Not an option for me at the moment unless I take a pay cut.

I had a Ford Connect and loved that van. Felt solid upfront. Got washed every now and then. I then got a Ford Fiesta but as I hated the new boss, I started hating the job including the car. Didn't look after it, put it through Tesco machine car washes and eventually looked like shit (boss used to praise how clean the car looked... even though he was paying to ruin the paint). So my advise, treat the car like it was your own. I miss my fuel card!!

Gorgeous that is not a word I would use to describe the new clio. It's rather ugly.

It's not ugly. Nice looking car IMO.

Andrew - we get no choice to upgrade. It's a Clio or nothing. Until I become an Area Manager. Which won't be long tbh.

I quite like the look of the new Clio myself. I'd have one if it was a company car.

They are a bit pricey at the moment and wouldn't spend my own cash on one.

Best of luck with it and getting the promotion!

I do too. But tbh for £30 a month company car tax all in I'd drive a big fat turd.

New whip arrived today. First impressions are good. Although I've only driven it 3 ft backwards so far.
