Got an interview with Crystal next Wednesday.

Didn't get an interview with Inghams as I have no previous travel industry experience.

Am applying to Neilson this week.

I worked for crystal temporarily for a moth or so between jobs. What s hit company.

Crappy old vans, I had no clue what I was doing and they trusted me to fit windows into people's ones whilst they were out. Saw windows wrong way in, saw shit load of pages and mistakes. Hiding shit with plaster..

And is all self employed too, percentage per job, so encouraged to rush

I took a £4k pay cut to move out of my trade in to an office job, I then decided to move on and took a further £1200 pay cut as the prospects on paper were better. This didn't work out but eventually I got back up to what I earned before and now earn more than I ever have. Although, in all that time the rate for my original skill will obviously have risen too.

Just to add as well, there were a couple of years where the money and job were that bad that I had to get out and ended up being unemployed for 6 months too.

Things always work out eventually.
