IIRC Laudrup only has a 2 year contract (ie 1 yera left), so wouldnt be too expensive

Why would he go though? More pressure, more expectation, somebody else's philosophy been installed which is different to his own. Budget restrictions.

Can't see it being Laudrup

That and the fact he was asked earlier in the season about his future when they were on form. He said then that he had no intentions of leaving and the extension adds weight to that.

Am I the only one that thinks Swansea are a better prospect just now than Everton anyway?

Everton are relegation candidates next season IMO.

No chance Laudrup will leave Swansea for Everton. He's on an upwards curve and doesn't need the hassle of a small budget and a major squad overhaul / unrealistic expectations from fans.

I agree with this. Maybe not relegation but they'll be bottom half of the table.

Can't see why anyone would leave Swansea for Everton.

Bottom half of the table = fighting relegation.

Stoke have 41 points, Wigan have 35.

Disagree entirely, they will continue on their current path. They may not be fighting for 5/6/7th but they will still (even wiuthout Fellaini and Baines) fight Swansea and WBA etc. for 8/9/10th
