BBC news seem to be dancing around the news of the decapitation. They keep saying that it's a "serious incident", and that the images were "horrific"...but they haven't said anyone's head came off yet.

Yeah I don't get the initial relevance of the attackers being black.

Normally they'd just say 'two males' or something vague like that. It's like the media are intentionally feeding people the thought that it was racially motivated, when at this early stage there is nothing to suggest that's the case.

BBC don't want to report something that hasn't been confirmed, you'll notice in all their news reportings they will tip toe round the issue until its confirmed. Can't blame them.
