protein shake is a good shout, while not completely satisfying it fills you up and digests easily. or, light garlic philadelphia on crackers really hits the spot.

Crackers and cottage cheese type does sound a good snack. Will get that on the shopping list along with some nuts.

A slice of turkey with some low fat philli spread on it, then rolled up like a wrap. Boosh.

Or proper greek yoghurt (not greek style, adsa do an extra special one thats perfect) with a bit of honey and some seeds stirred in. Proper greek yoghurt has no extras added in and is mega low cal and fat digests easier than normal yoghurt too.

Yeah ryvita and Philadelphia is what I'm going to try first, although the yoghurt suggestion was pretty good also!
