that there is 400 calories from the pop, and a lot of sugar. then 600 from the guiness.
if youre serious, cut out the beer and fizzy drink (or switch to diet). i suspect youre after a quick fix without really changing your lifestyle though? most people arent really prepared to change anything but still want results.

i lost a good bit of fat by cutting out any snacks (literally no junk food in the house) changing my main meal to fresh chicken with veg, brown pastas, lean steak. cut down cabs by eating brown bread. then more importantly cut down my drinking to one or 2 days a week max rather than 5 or 6 and added 4 1-2 hour gym sessions a week.
dropped off my over the course of a month.

after a solid 4 months of eating properly, im starting to think id prefer to go the the gym more i miss sweets and chocolate

That's what I mean just eat normal but do more exercise. Losing say lb a week overall will help plus as I found out its shit losing a load of weight and being completely weak and unfit. People want the Hollywood 6 weeks lost 4 stone diet.

The more active you are the higher your metabolism is so burn off more anyway.
