Domino's are a franchise so I don't think it's a universal thing..Ours still arrive via a normal car.
To be honest, when at work in Mablethorpe, I've seen a similar vehichle, not for a dominos, but for some indian takeaway place lol. It looks like a moped with a glove compartment behind the seat

For what, you to catch up 
Tbf, I had a play with a standard new vRS and there was nothing in it. Not bad engines, shame it doesn't do the MPG of the diesel.
