Quite a few people were saying that Simonsen's crash didn't look that bad over the weekend, and looking at it from the main coverage angles I would have agreed. I thought that it could have been due to an Armco intruding the cockpit or similar. I then saw the chase video from the car behind and the crash would have been brutal - the speed they come out of Tetre Rouge is massive and something seems to have gone seriously wrong to cause the car the veer wildly off course
