Mate of mine has one of these. Got it brand spanking new off BMW as you have. It drives like nothing I've ever driven before. It's un real. The handling is effortless but you get such a nice feedback through the wheel and the feel of the car. Not sure if the "adaptive suspension" is what Chris has but with his you can set, just the engine, just the chassis or he engine and chassis to Msport mode. My god you can feel the difference.
Honestly of I had the money I'd have one myself.

Top gear mag said it doesn't handle like a proper hot hatch should. It's rather lardy/wallowy iirc.

Spec'd one up before on the BMW website with the Sat Nav, sight pack and automatic gearbox and it was around £400 a month with a £5000 deposit.

Check out babybmw.net plent of discounts to be had on these. Some are even talking between 18-20%

True they are pricey but I'd rather pay double not to have a focus! Unless a previous mark ST which I'd consider

Pricey?? Hardly for the amount of performance you are getting for potentially sub 30k.
