I feel like this when I've eaten too much
Yep - being thirsty is... do you feel just tired or light heated too? Is your pee cloudy?

The main symptoms of undiagnosed diabetes can include:
passing urine more often than usual, especially at night
increased thirst
extreme tiredness
unexplained weight loss
genital itching or regular episodes of thrush
slow healing of cuts and wounds
blurred vision
I have most of them

Does anyone else get this?
I'd say if you're sleeping 8 hours and working out and working...might be all taking it out of you
That may be it, try go to bed 2 hours eariler perhaps

Im thinking of going to docs because I am similar in a way. I had a a diabetes test a while back because my grandad had it but all clear.
I need to be up at 6am to walk the dog, 10 minute drive to work at 815 with the wife, working till 430, 30 mins for lunch, 10 minute drive home, walk the dog for 45 minutes, cook tea, sit down on sofa roughly 630, and then by 9 I'm usually asleep.
Just recently I've been waking myself up naturally at 445 though, which means I am getting tired by 8pm. Im struggling to break this cycle so Im waking earlier and earlier every day, and its starting to annoy me a little

I always feel tired, but that's mostly because I work for a living.

With regards to the iron deficiency thing. My mum went to the doctors a while back as she was always very tired (she works too, no benefits claimants here) and he gave her a prescription for some iron tablets.
She says they work great. Whether it's the placebo effect is anyones guess, but worth a try I guess.

I had some of these before I was diagnosed and it was a nightmare. Passing urine more often than usual is an understatement. I was in school at the time and teachers thought I was, no pun intended, taking the piss because I'd have to go to the toilet twice during an hour lesson and then run to the toilet at the end of the lesson!
Weight loss is due to drinking so much and having no appetite. My piss smelt weird and my breath smelt like popcorn because of the keytones, people get different weird tastes in their mouth apparently
On a sidenote, I also get night terrors which is another side effect of diabetes but thats for another thread
Edit - Never had thrush..well, not caused by diabetes anyway

It's not the telling, it's the showing that's the problem.

I've been tired all day all my life, used to get no sleep at all, now manage about 6 hours a night. Got tested for diabetes etc at least 10 years ago, was all clear so just got on with life.
I drink too much coffee but this doesn't seem related to tiredness, If I am tired I can have a coffee then go straight to sleep.

I drive to work in a daze, feel tired all day and then do very little at night as well due to having no energy.
I know I don't have a medical condition though, I'm just a lazy bastard.

Well that sleep cycle app showed I was in a deep sleep and then mainly going between a 'sleep' and 'awake' state.
