Were England as bad as Twitter suggests? Only caught the last 10 and Ukraine put some good moves together.

It's a decent point, can't help but think folk expect too much. Ukraine isn't an easy place to pick up points.

an ulsterman managing the republic does seem unlikely to me, altho he was celtic manager so perhaps hes a catholic in which case would be fine.

imo, doesnt matetr who the non-England home nations appoint, the players are tat who mostly play in lower divisions, until that is resolved (and theses are tiny countires so will never reaolly resolve itself) then nothign will change. England are hardly much better off and we have what, 45-50m people to pick from.
