Regals new astra looks good too
Yeah, until it blew something, dumped a load of oil out the back and made a few large flames.
Bit broken now, luckily no fire damage!
Standard Regal treatment

It was slow all day TBH.
Wouldn't have had a clue it's a £50k+ Bespoke 500bhp car if I hadn't seen that link posted above...
Yeah I didn't just mean slow, seemed indecisive and not particularly commited. It looked a lot like how I felt when I went on track at silverstone... lost puppy
I'm guessing it was built and driven round the ring by some pro's, then has now been handed to the owner to terrorise pumas' on trackdays.

Didn't terrorise me, if it wasn't for those pesky tyres I'd have had the place back

Nope, couldn't even find it in the pits to have a word myself.
Was looking to knock him out when I first came off, probably a good job I didn't find him

That's why these action days used to have a bad rep.
Shame but the joy of having a cheap car is that it doesn't sting too much when it happens!

Haha, cheers dude but I'd say it was mainly his driving letting the car down. In the straights you can see he's easily pulling away (500bhp vs 300bhp) but under braking I would catch him up and hold with him through the corner although he was missing Apex's all over the place, he did have 4wd & wide semi slicks which meant he was as quick if not quicker even though he was on the wrong line. I only got 1 clearish lap and that was 1min 23secs so I'm sure in the right hands that Impreza could go a LOT quicker.

Some cracking looking cars in those pics.
The ones that stand out to me are the Mk1 escort and the new Astra VXR.
The one that really stands out tho is that stunning Escort Cosworth. Even after 20odd years its still a head turner
