Most young Muslims I know break the laws of their own religion, smoking, drinking etc I feel they call themselves Muslims as it's kind of forced upon them from strict family traditions.
Do I trust them ? One of the nicest people I know is Muslim, so yeah I do trust them, his family are decent to.

I wouldn't wholly put the blame on the media but they certainly don't help matters, especially with the amount of lowlife reporting that happens.

Media have a part to play but there's a lot of ignorance flying about in the population as a whole. Sensationalist stories are only there to sell papers to those people. If the population was free thinking and rational they'd have a harder job.
Incidentally, I do think there are issues that this country needs to address. But the white British population also have a knack for turning what should be an objective debate in to some sort of mass uproar taboo topic.
Summary, people are small minded and stupid. If it wasn't immigration it would be something else.

I have a few muslim mates that ive met at various points in my life. I often work in muslim communities a lot too... From my experience the genuine ones hate the radicals as much as we do...
They are fine, infact i have more contempt for jehovas... A muslim has never once tried to force beliefs on me.. However jehovas, and christians have multiple times... Infact the british school system forced me to pray as a child? How are we any different?

This is kicking off in Derby at the moment.
"The then head teacher, Andrew Cutts-Mckay, who has left after less than a year in post, said at the time that the school was being set up so that "the timetable will be flexible with time for Islamic teaching but pupils will be able to opt out of this and there will be a chance to learn about other faiths".
Things like that are my general opinion of them, they are here, they should at least try to integrate themselves into society, white kids have to learn about all religions, they should too otherwise nothing is going to change.
I don't trust them any more than I don't trust chavs or gypos.
Edit - Infact even saying "them" seems a bit ridiculous, it's individuals, same as it is in every walk of life, but obviously we build perceptions based on experiences

I don't trust them in the slightest, I live near keighley one of the most Muslim ridden places I ever been! And having see what they do, how they opperate and just the down right rudeness they have towards white people. It's really gets me miffed!! But half of these do gooders who say 'oh there not too bad nur nur nur...' Don't have to deal with they like we do around here! There just vile!
