Just had a phone call from a farmer saying its his cow. Said it had got loose from one of his fields.
He took my details and is going to phone his insurance tomorrow, and they will get in touch with me.
Here's hoping he does.
Knowing people these days you'll probably get a letter from his insurance saying they want £15000 because the cow got whiplash
LOL

Well no because you'd be putting a claim against the other persons insurance not your own.

The more important question here is why did the cow cross the road?

You're all laughing but I bet under UK law the farmer has every right to sue to damages to his cow as that is something that earns him money

It'll be like that guy who crashed his car into a fence and the farmer destroyed it so he could fix the fence, farmer won.

My laptop earns me money, but I don't think I can sue someone for hitting it with their car if I left it in the middle of the road.

Yeah, not to blow my own horn, but I always say that honesty is the best approach.

What's with the complaints out of the blue? It's rare to find such good puns, especially in this medium. Personally, I think it's well done.

Nobody died on that one other night. The horse was put down but no people died.

They did in the second one, two horses involved and three cars.
