Good work! However I prefer the squares in the old windows.
IMO looks much better now, however I would have done without the top openings on the ground floor, its all personal taste . Looking great so far

Cheers just want it done now takes time and hard work when still going to work everyday.
The metal ramp thing, I first viewed on a Tuesday and put an offer in, made a booking for a second viewing for the Saturday and it was already gone by then. Presume it was some elderly company or council or something that took it away.

Bit of an update. Got my wine cooler for kitchen.
All bedrooms now painted.
Mine and mrs bedroom
Spare back room
Both of them just need the feature wall papering and then skirtings painting.
Small box room
That's just staying as it is, having wardrobes in there and a big canvas on the wall.
Kitchen white washed and 12 spots fit in the ceiling.
And have just tiled the kitchen floor this weekend
600x600 ceramic tiles.
Also bought a dining table with 4 chairs. Which folds out to be bigger.
Also ordered carpets so they can be done as soon as I'm ready. Corner sofa and cuddle chair is on order. And so is bathroom suite (that's the only room I haven't touched)
Was hoping for end of Jan. Been pushed back a bit and bathroom stuff is out of stock for a few week now so aiming end of feb!

Kitchen tiles look great, Andy.
Which spotlights did you go for? Need some for my kitchen and my dad keeps banging on about LED ones.

I got my brother Phillips led bulbs for his kitchen spots, they were very surprising. Wish I'd got myself some.
However that said, yesterday I picked up two 5ft led tubes for the garage but stuck one in mums kitchen for now such a difference. Although she doesn't like how it makes all her other bulbs look yellow.
Linked comparison picture so I don't hijack

Cheers guys. Just standard lamps that come with the kit Ben. They are 50w GU10's I think. When I get chance I'll probly replace them with LEDs. I have them in my bedroom at my mum and dads and they are loads cooler and just as bright.
Although I got 25 normal GU10s for £9.99 I think it was. Where as the LED ones are about £4.99 each. But last a jel of a lot longer, blown 2 normal alredy the LEDs I have at mum and dads have been in about 18 month and haven't had a problem with them.

Led units or led bulbs?
Think the units are about 35 quid each. Need 5 for my kitchen.

Yeah Phil think was going to go for grey grout. Mate of mine did his in ivory just over a year ago and has just ripped it all back out cause it's stained quite a bit.
I contemplated underfloor heating tbh. Wish I had. Mrs wasn't fussed for it :/
Yeah Ben as Gary said just get normal fittings like mine (was about £60 for 10 from screwfix I think for the fire rated ones) then just replace the bulbs with GU10 LEDs.

Ok just had my internet installed today so can finally update it!!
I actually moved in 14th March so this was all before then.
Tried in kitchen units
Bought spindles and new rail and post and fit that.
Our bedroom papered and painted and light fitting up.
And spare room
Undercoat on banister.
Skip forward and kitchen in
Wall papered opposite wall did it horizontal to match the striped on the curtains.
False wall in bathroom to house a mirror cabinet and ceiling re plastered and 6 spot lamps fit
Kitchen sink in
Worktops oiled sink and oven in place and washing maching.
Film removed off cupboards.
False wall to hide all pipes in bathroom for shower controls, also put in a stepped bit to hold shampoo shower gel etc.
Living room papered painted and carpeted.
Bedroom carpeted.
Landing carpeted same colour as living room. Doors all painted white and new chrom handles and fittings
Bed in, bedding on ( about £300 worth of bedding there! Women!) curtains up etc
Tiling in bathroom started
Sink and toilet in
Sofa in living room, new tv
Also have a mirror on the left wall now.
More up to date pic of the kitchen. Still some tiling on the window sill to finish off.
Bathroom
Landing/banister
Spare room
So couple before afters.
Over the moon with it. Few more weeks finishing little bits and going to get it valued.

That looks very well done
Really like the style too. Can you recall the name of your sofa and where it's from?

Cheers. If you type in Chloe corner sofa on eBay it should come up, I got mine off a guy Called the sofa man or something like that. He has a shop in Manchester, so went there to see it and got it a bit cheaper.

Cheers. Tbh there's nowhere else they can go. Opposite wall the door would open into the bed and there's a radiator on it. And sideways on (wallpaper wall) would touch wall to wall. They aren't to widest of rooms.
