I've known two people who get an unusual amount of nose bleeds, one being my mrs. Never understood why she gets them, they just come on randomly but can be a mix of being heavy or not.

You have done the right thing though, the experts will investigate, you need to try and document when it happens and what happened prior to help them understand what could be triggering this.
Sadly, this website isn't probably going to give you the answers you want.
