Why on earth would you abandon car and go back to the station? I'm not familiar with rights etc, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have to go back to the station unless they arrest you?

Were you a really naughty boy and not admitting it here?

If he was arrested for a driving offence, surely the car would have been seized also and taken on a low loader if an officer wasn't able to drive his car home?

It does sound like he's had a drink, blew over the limit but chanced the breathaliser machine in the station and got away with it.

My friend got nicked for being over the limit and just the same left car at roadside. Spent a night in the cell, went back to the car the next day and it'd been nicked. Back to the station to report it stolen lol Never did surface, corsa too ha

I call bullshit unless you were nicked.
Of which it's your own stupid fault.

You wouldn't get questioned for a drink drive, its an absolute offence. Either way, he's not telling us the full story.

The legal limit is set far to low in my opinion. You can be over the limit after just having a bottle of beer.

Do I stand any chance contesting the parking ticket as obviously I couldn't help where I parked, nor could I move it as I was in the station.

Pay the ticket and don't drink a drop of alcohol when driving. Count yourself lucky and learn from your mistake.

There are some total plamphs on this website mate but you are a grade A drool merchant. There's been speculation about why he's been taken in for questioning but you're in giving it the big one with lectures about how he needs to change his attitude? Get off your high horse you self important spaz

It's quite obvious he blew over the limit, was arrested and maybe passed the station breathalyser.
