I managed a poor 12 miles on road bike tonight just didn't feel up to it really. Like I had a puncture the whole way round.

Fairly short bolts supplied with my new Shimano cleats so I can't get the threads to bite into the threads on my new shoes. Going to return the shoes as they're a bit shite anyway.
Annoying as today looks like it was the only good day for the foreseeable future

It's a much better angle.
My fear is that if you crash when wearing it you risk smashing your ribs

As ever they don't have normal sizes in stock. Either rake thin or fat.

i wouldn't ride without them, so much more comfortable.
just been to ae forest near dumfries which I'm not a massive fan of, although it has some decent parts in it. tested out the go pro sports bra so just uploading the footage now. view point seems to be a lot better. sadly most the stuff i filmed today the lens got covered in mud and rain so can't really see much. bleak day in scotland.

43 mile social ride with club this morning. First time on bike in about 3 weeks due to sickness/skiing and drinking. Was pretty tough for the first 30 miles but I started to get my lungs back towards the end. Started off in -2 ice and frost, which then turned into blue sky and sun, before finishing off with rain - hope there isnt much more because having cycled through a few floods and seen the state of some of the rivers I dont reckon we can take it.

Did something don't normally do today. Went to Chicksands but rode on the Hustlers instead of the big bikes. Drove there so we weren't nackered when arriving so we could enjoy the singletrack. No different to going to Woburn, Swinley or Cannock, just local
